1. Introduction
Academ-IA is a platform that offers courses and consultancy services in the field of artificial intelligence. These Terms apply to all activities that take place on the Academ-IA website and other related applications and services.
2. Account
To use most of the features of our platform you must have an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity related to your account. In case of suspected security breach or unauthorized use, please contact our support.
3. Subscription to content
When you sign up for a course or other content on the Platform, you receive a non-transferable license to view the content via our Services. You may not resell, share or distribute purchased content.
4. Payments and refunds
You agree to pay all amounts due for services purchased. If you are not satisfied with the content purchased, Academ-IA offers refunds within 14 days for most purchases. Further information on refunds can be found in our [Refund Policy].
5. Content and behavior
You are responsible for the content you publish on the platform and undertake to respect all applicable laws and the intellectual property rights of third parties. Academ-IA reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts for violations of the Terms.
6. Rights to Content
The user retains ownership of the content you post on the platform, but grants Academ-IA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, share and promote such content.
7. Use at your own risk
The user uses the platform at his own risk. Academ-IA does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content available on the platform.
8. Changes to the Terms
Academ-IA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes, we are committed to resolving them through informal negotiations. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
