REFUND POLICY

AcademIA is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences, both online and in person. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a refund. Below are the conditions under which you can request a refund of the sums paid for enrolling in our courses.

1. Conditions for Refunds

You are entitled to a refund in the following cases:

Cancellation of the course by Accademia: If for organizational reasons or force majeure the course is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

In some circumstances, a refund may not be granted, for example:

Courses started: Once the course has started, it will not be possible to request a refund, unless problems with compliance with what was promised or serious inefficiencies have been found.
Materials already delivered: If the course involves the supply of teaching materials (physical or digital), and these materials have already been delivered, the cost of these may be deducted from the refund.

3. Refund Request Method

To request a refund, send a request via email to pugliai@pec.it with the following details:

Your full name.
The course you are requesting a refund for.
The reason for the request.
Proof of payment (e.g. payment receipt).

We will respond to you within 15 business days of receiving your request to confirm the status of your refund.

4. Refund Times

Once your request is approved, your refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time to see the amount credited may vary depending on the payment method used and your banking institution's policies, but refunds are usually processed within 15 business days.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time. The changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
